The Delta Crusader 13″ converter handles web processes with tight run tolerances. Multiple independent servomotors provide electronic line shafting capable of automatic re-registration or die-to-die synchronization. It features digital position indicators for lateral adjustments of the six die stations, print stations, island placement and/or heat-seal packager. The operator interface controls six unwind/rewinds and six die stations, through a color touch screen. It features a larger web width for the post processing of digitally converted media.
